A retailer wanted to publish insights directly to executives via their phone and/or tablets so they had the results during the day and the KPI’s at their finger tips. So working with tRS and their mobile solution, some simple yet integrated dashboards were published to area managers and team members from sales to budgets, store conversion rates, transaction KPI’s such as average values and units per transaction along with store and individual salespeople results.

A retailer was using traditional sales to budget metrics on store and salesperson performance. A retailer wanted to improve their communication between stores and head office. This included automated results sharing, merchandising guidelines, company guidelines, information on drops and capturing store and staff feedback via surveys and discussion boards.
